Information collected

The quote form collects the name and email address you provide, project specifications, pricing selections, written descriptions, and files you upload, including 3D models, pictures, and design references.

How it is used

This information is used only to calculate, review, prepare, email, and respond to your 3D-printing quote or order request; protect the form from abuse; and maintain business records. It is not sold.

Storage and access

Submitted records and files are stored in the site’s protected business storage. Customer contact details, uploaded files, order history, and shop pricing controls are restricted to the business owner. A quote PDF generated in your browser may be downloaded to your device.

Retention and deletion

Records are kept only as long as reasonably needed to evaluate the request, complete an order, resolve questions, and meet ordinary business or legal recordkeeping needs. To request access, correction, or deletion, email mrshabracktechguy@gmail.com.

Email and payments

After a request is saved, a quote summary is sent through Resend to the customer email provided and to the business owner. The form does not collect payment or book production.

Your responsibilities

Do not upload confidential information you are not authorized to share. Custom-design customers must confirm that they have permission to submit and reproduce the supplied design content.
